Hi, I'm Jean Francis. I am an executive coach working with leaders, managers, and professionals who want to gain clarity, confidence, and perspective in their professional lives.
With over 30 years of experience in international corporate environments, I bring a strong understanding of organizational realities, leadership challenges, and the human dynamics behind decision-making.
My coaching style is reflective, structured, and supportive, while also encouraging clients to explore new perspectives and challenge their habitual ways of thinking. I create a safe and confidential space where clients can step back, reflect, and move forward with greater alignment and intention.

I was pretty burnt out and had no clarity about what I wanted to do next with my career, and our sessions gave me both structure and a sense of direction.
A few things really stood out. He introduced me to the idea of going "meta", stepping back from the conversation to look at the bigger picture, which was new to me and really shifted how I think. I also loved that he doesn't let me settle for my first answer. He keeps asking "and what else?" until I dig deeper, and that's usually where my more interesting ideas come from.
The other thing is how well he reads what I need in the moment. Sometimes it's analytical thinking, sometimes it's more emotional, and he adapts his approach and his tools to match, whether that's a visualisation, a drawing, or a small exercise to change the energy. More than once that shift left me calmer and took my thinking somewhere I wouldn't have got to on my own. His recaps after each session are great too. They help me process everything and see how much we actually got done.
